All orders will be confirmed by Phone/Email/WhatsApp within 12 HOURS. If you do not receive our confirmation within 12 HOURS, please contact us at your earliest convenience, thank you.

Change / Cancellation of Order
No cancellation of orders is accepted.

All flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Security & Privacy

TIAMO will not share our customer information with third parties. Customer information will only be used by us for promotional purpose.

Seasonal Availability

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the website are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style may be provided.

Exclusion of liability    
We shall not be liable for any additional expenses nor for damage to property or injury to persons on Buyer’s premises arising from delivery or use of the items purchased, however caused.

 

Poor Weather Condition

In the event that typhoon signal No.8 or above, rainstorm black warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, we will contact customer and re-arrange the delivery time.

Product Complaints

To serve  you wholeheartedly is our wish, all products from tiamoflower.com are 100% satisfaction. In  the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivery product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, please contact us immediately, or within 24 hours after delivery of the products, we  will take care of your problem and reply within 24 hours. Please contact us at 852-3482 6260 or e-mail to info@tiamoflower.com, indicating the ordering person's name, contact number and product defects. Please keep the product as they are and take photo for follow-up purpose.

 

Claims

All claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made either on the date of purchase or on the date  of delivery. As flowers  are natural products, colors and scale may vary from that shown in our website or catalogue. However, we will make every effort to maintain the color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if such request is not received by us on a timely basis, or the product has been used or broken after the recipient received the product.

Incorrect Delivery address / Order detail

When delivery problem happened - Incorrect delivery details/ redeliver / return to the warehouse / revise order detail or delivery date time, we will charge HK$150 service fee.
